Anyone
else notice how lame football can be sometimes? Don't get me wrong,
I loved the XLII Superbowl--it definitely epitomizes a game for
the fan of the underdog, and for those who find the last minutes
of the game mostly spent with a hike and a kneel extremely annoying.
Let
me make a few suggestions for changes to make the NFL better.
Feel free to pass them along, but please give me credit where
credit is due. (thanks in advance)
- Make
it so that the entire body of the player must occupy the end
zone, or at least require the same rules as are used for field
play
- All
extra point field goals must be attempted from the previous
line of scrimmage (no more easy field goals after a long bomb
or long run)
- Allow
scores with a punt through the goal post (worth 2 points instead
of 3)
- Check
back for more possible improvements
- Get
