It seems to me that companies should always lower executive pay and benefits before any employees are laid off for reasons of revenue expectations not being met.

Suggestion Box for corporations and their executives.

  • Put employees before investors
  • Put lowering executive compensation before lay offs
  • Consider how actions may affect country
  • Recycle as much as possible
