Hey
the People chose a super-way-cool
design for the California State Quarter. So how in the world
did We the People end up with some john taking a leak on Our Money.
Well it's because there just happened to be a corrupt and self
serving person by the name of Kevin Starr in the appointed position
of California State Librarian at the time when the California
State Quarter was being selected.
